For me you has damaged EFS in this phone, when do u have tryed to resetting EFS whith Z3X has finished of damaged this, try to no work whith 4.3 fw and flash this:, try to NV repair, then repair Imei after have wrote Full Flash single files of Fw 4.1.2, Regards Ripgsm p.d.
If have Octopus or Ns Pro you can work also whith 4.3 New Security for Imei and Baseband repair, if fail all then try whith S3 Boot Card writed whith t/flash from working full I9300. Nothing worked for me, i think i am all alone and helpless in this situation, may be an expert from Z3X Team can help me, otherwise i don't think its possible to repair its baseband and imei, or Its a hardware Issue, Thanks to all of your suggesions. Hi, if you want ONLY try whith this Z3X, you never can repair or try to repair this I9300, OK?, if is SW problem you can REPAIR this, accept HELP and not to LOOCK ONLY in Z3X, not is the UNIQUE Samsung BOX in the Marketimg, many time i've destroyed phones whith it and repaired at first attempt whith Octopus or NS PRO, so, search and try to test w/o this box, then are sure isn't SW problem, try whith to make one BOOT CARD and repair this I9300, tested by me over 4 I9300 damaged by SW, and for me you phone can be writed and repaired whith BOOT CARD for I9300, loock here please: regards Ripgsm.
This did not work for me 1. Mine is 2012 Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300. It got a bit damaged due to water was lying in my desk for 2 years.

This month I opened it and surprisingly it started booting. Screen works. IMEI however shows null 2. I tried odin and your little flash file Enter CS for MD5. Do not unplug the cable. Checking MD5 finished Sucessfully.
Odin engine v(ID:3.1101). File analysis. Get PIT for mapping. Aladdin Hardlock Usb Emulator Mastercam on this page. Firmware update start.
Efs.img NAND Write Start!! All threads completed. (succeed 1 / failed 0) Added!! Any suggestions? IMEI still is null.
